To cater for offshore or absentee purchasers Tui Estate Ltd will, if required, provide a full design and build service to all purchasers of bare lots.

Owners will be kept fully informed and be able to participate as much as they like in this process.

infrastructure maintenance - Tui Estate Owners Association

This is the responsibility of the Tui Estate Owners Association who will maintain and manage all services and infrastructure including the private road, entry gate, mowing and all landscaping on the "common" area/roadway.

Owners will meet the cost of 1/16th of these costs by way of an annual levy.

home services + management

To ensure that the services of the Tui Estate Owners Association are not subsidising users requiring private services a separate company Tui Home Services Ltd has been formed to provide a full home service and management of owners homes and lots.

Tui Home Services Ltd (THSL) will provide all or any of the following services:

Full property management including arranging:

- Building and landscaping maintenance
- Payment of accounts
- House keeping
- Pre arrival preparation + check over
- Grocery purchase + pickup
- Bar stocking
- Airport pickups + drop offs
- Child minding
- Outdoor activity (golf, ski passes etc)
- Preparing sports equipment
- Vehicle detailing
- Special events
- Catering at your home
